Her main activities and responsibilities are: developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating programs and projects on early childhood in partnership with other organizations, organizing trainings and technical assistance that meets the needs of ISSA’s core members and other partners/clients; developing ISSA’ s publication activities, coordination of ISSA’s initiatives and task forces, including standards for quality education, anti-bias, second language learning, inclusive education etc.; providing mentoring support, content and administrative expertise in the field of ECED and systemic change in education. Activities have including leading tasks forces on revising ISSA Pedagogical Standards, developing and revising training modules on inclusion, diversity, systemic approach to education; consultancy tasks for World Bank funded projects in Russian Federation, Bulgaria and Azerbaijan, consultancy for professional development project in Pakistan, coordination and implementation of the EU funded projects in Russia, Kosovo, Central Asia etc.; member of the Scientific committee of the conference „Exploring Vygotsky’s Ideas: Crossing Borders”, co-hosted with European Early Childhood Research Association (EECERA) in 2007, member of ISSA Annual Conference Committees etc. She has rich international experience in developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating programs and projects on civic education, multicultural education, inclusive education, adult education and professional development, competence development, etc. |
